We help project managers, program managers, and PMO leaders responsibly integrate AI into the way projects are planned, governed, executed, and communicated.
Our work sits at the intersection of project management, process improvement, AI-enabled workflow transformation, and responsible AI governance.
Rather than focusing simply on teaching teams how to use AI tools, I help organizations answer the more important questions:
Where should AI be used? Where shouldn't it be used? What work can be automated or augmented? What requires human judgment? And what governance needs to be in place before AI becomes embedded in project delivery?
Through The PM Accelerator, I help PMs and PMOs assess their AI readiness, identify high-value opportunities, redesign project management workflows, establish responsible AI practices, and create practical implementation roadmaps that teams can actually adopt.
The goal is not AI for the sake of AI.
The goal is to reduce administrative burden, strengthen decision-making, improve project visibility, protect sensitive information, and give project professionals more time to focus on the work that requires human leadership—strategy, relationships, judgment, and stakeholder engagement.
My approach combines practical project management experience with structured AI transformation principles so organizations can move from experimenting with AI to implementing it responsibly, effectively, and at scale.
